This is the perfect time to get to know each other better, talk about our visions and dreams for your shoot, and go over any paperwork. It’s also a time for you to ask questions. Your agreement (or contract) must be signed and paid before your photography session date. Here online, is just a snippet of those terms & conditions.

Copyright of all images remain the property of the Photographer. The Client may not edit or alter the images and will need to make a request to the Photographer for any editing changes. I would love for my work to stay as my work! Client's rights are limited to personal use (this includes gifting prints to family and posting to social media). Please communicate any wishes to use the images for any other reasons (i.e. commercial, advertising, sales).
Date Reservation Fee
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
A signed contract and date reservation fee are required to reserve your photoshoot date. The date reservation fee will depend on your session, at a minimum of $100.00. Upon receipt the Photographer will reserve the time agreed upon for the your event date and will not make another reservation for the agreed upon time. For this reason, the Date Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
Your Photos
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your photos will be released after processing, via an online digital gallery. This usually takes up to 3-4 weeks from the photo session date. All photo processing and editing decisions are at the discretion of the Photographer only. Special requests shall be considered for an additional fee per image. Only your final images chosen and processed by the Photographer will be provided to you and all other images destroyed.
Payments
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Client agrees to timely payment. Full payment is due on the date of the portrait session. No photos will be given or shown to client unless full payment has been made. Payment plan can be arranged on request, though no photos will be released until payment is received in full. Due to the nature of the product being based on artistic creation, all payments are final. Once we release purchased digital images to you, please know there is a no exchange and no refund policy.
Late & No Show Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Any appointments where you are late, is time lost to you. If you don't show, you'll be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honour our appointments and be on time as well.
Extra Costs
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Additional costs may apply to travel or groups (dance, or families). Anywhere further than Photographer's regular travel zone, may cost extra, or be declined as a request. There are a few other 'extras' available such as a longer photo session, further retouching of images, purchasing photos outside of the pre-paid collection. All costs will be discussed, and all options offered to Client upon booking.
Your Booking

Your booking and Date Reservation Fee is accepted on the basis that you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept your terms and conditions in your final contract.
